1. What Honey Hive is
Honey Hive collects accounting documents you forward by email or upload, stores them, and once a month emails them as a zip archive with a summary to the accountant addresses you configure. It is a document courier and organizer — it is not accounting software, does not interpret your documents, and does not provide tax or legal advice.
2. Your account and your address
You need an account with a verified email address. Each organization gets one inbound email address; the address cannot be changed after creation, and certain names are reserved. You are responsible for what you forward to your address and for keeping your password safe.
3. Acceptable use
Use Honey Hive for your own accounting documents. Do not use it to store or distribute unlawful content, malware, or other people's data without their permission, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. The free plan and limits
Honey Hive is currently free, with fair-use limits (documents per month and storage space) shown in the app. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, we will tell you in advance and you will be able to export your data and leave at no cost.
5. Reliability, honestly stated
We work hard to make the monthly sending reliable: deliveries are retried automatically and you are alerted by email when something fails. Still, Honey Hive is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that every email arrives or every deadline is met. Your legal obligations towards your accountant and tax authorities remain your own — keep original documents.
6. Your data
Your documents belong to you. You can export everything and delete your account at any time from the app; deletion permanently removes your documents after a short grace period. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Questions: contact the operator at the address shown in the app's footer.
